December 7, 1957 - September 12, 2026 Joseph Ray Phillips, loving known as Joe, was born on December 7, 1957 in Greensboro, North Carolina and passed from his earthly journey on September 12, 2026 in Orlando, Florida. Joe was predeceased by his father, Thomas Phillips, Sr., his mother, Christine Phillips, and his sister-in -law, Marion Phillips. He leaves behind his sisters, Beabea Ferguson and Lori Gaskins, his brothers Tom (Tina), Myron, and Brad (Lee Ann), his bonus mom, Penny Phillips, many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. He also leaves his faithful dog, Wilson and new kitten, Minnie.
